Who doesn’t love a decent sandwich? We know we sure do and prior to our household starting the Banting or LCHF Diet there was always a loaf of bread in the house.
It made for convenient snacks and easy lunches. We still enjoy the convenience of a sandwich every now and again but we often still send sandwiches in our children’s lunch boxes for school. The only difference is now we use Banting bread.
We search high and low for Banting Diet bread recipes and have tried many of them and these are 5 of our favourites.
